Meet the Providers
Tiffany Koch (She/Her)
Koch Kounseling is Tiffany Koch’s private practice, where she offers inclusive, affirming therapy with a focus on relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. As an LMFT and sex therapist, Tiffany brings a grounded, compassionate approach to helping clients navigate connection, identity, and personal growth. She offers both in-person sessions and telehealth to meet clients where they are.
Dani Borer (They Them)
Dani Borer Counseling offers inclusive, affirming therapy for adults navigating trauma, identity, and the messy, real parts of being human. Their approach is relational, honest, and grounded in creating a space where clients can show up authentically and do meaningful work at their own pace. Services are offered in person in Kona, and via telehealth through out Hawai’i.
Dani is currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LAMHC) in Hawaiʻi. They are also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ohio and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado. Services are offered via telehealth for those in Colorado and Ohio.

Our Mission and Values
Kona Inclusive exists because finding safe, affirming care in Kona shouldn’t be this hard.
We created this collective to build something different. A space where people don’t have to filter themselves, explain their identity, or wonder if they’re going to be misunderstood the moment they walk in. Especially for LGBTQ+ individuals, women, and others who have been pushed to the margins, care has too often meant navigating systems that don’t fully see them. We’re not okay with that.
Kona Inclusive is a collective of independent providers who believe care should feel human, not clinical and distant. Each provider runs their own practice, but we’re connected by shared values: inclusivity, respect, autonomy, and actually listening to people. Not just saying it, but practicing it. You’ll see this in the small things, too. Everyone has pronouns, so every provider here shares theirs. Not to make a statement, but because it’s normal. Because it should be. We believe creating a safe space isn’t about big claims, it’s about consistent, everyday choices that make it clear you don’t have to guess whether you’re respected here.
This isn’t just about offering services. It’s about creating a network people can trust. A place where you can find support that aligns with who you are, without having to shrink or perform to fit into it. It’s also about giving providers a way to be part of something bigger, without losing their independence.
We believe visibility matters. We believe safe spaces should be obvious, not hidden. And we believe people deserve to know, right away, that they are welcome here.
Kona Inclusive is woman and trans-owned, and that matters to us. Not as a label, but as part of the lived experience that shapes how we show up, how we build this space, and who we’re committed to serving.
At the end of the day, this is about making it easier for people to find care that actually fits, and to feel, from the start, like they belong.
